I have, many times, which is why when I built this company I formed it around the concept of retention. If you don’t walk away from one of our classes better informed and excited about the topic then we have failed you, and our goal is to never fail a student. We take the real-world approach to training. In the field of emergency response and leadership we have taken a wealth of experience and translated it into what you really need to know. Were not going to sugar coat it, if it’s hard we'll tell you it’s hard and give you the tools to work through it. We have been training first responders since 2009. We have trained more than 3000 students in the process of safely responding to hazardous materials incidents in hospitals, fire departments and industry. Our major focus is on providing high quality real world training that will have tangible results. We understand that you have a choice when it comes to your training needs and there are many qualified instructors out there. What we bring to the table is extensive experience in responding to these types of incidents and bring that perspective to you and your staff. We strive for tangible results, this is not check box training, this is not read you the PowerPoint training, this is taking the required standards and mixing it with reality training. The company was founded by Kipp Sanders, a Battalion Chief with a career fire department in Southern Wyoming. This company is built on the culmination of 22 years of experience, education, and research into the world of hazardous materials emergency response. He has instructed students in the real-world process of responding to hazardous materials incidents and has been teaching first responders how to safely mitigate hazardous materials incidents and decontaminate contaminated patients at hospitals for the last 15 years. He was a member of the busiest hazmat team in the state that covered a three-county region for 15 years and was the team commander for 10 years. He was fortunate to lead the team in some major incidents, including some that involved meth labs, major chemical leaks and mass decontamination. The wealth of experience and knowledge allowed him to bring that experience to the first responders that are on the front lines dealing with these types of incidents on a daily basis.
